In 2007 I had the honour of being accompanied by Bob Miles at my appearance at The Sellersville Theater, Sellersville, PA. I was very impressed by his precise high caliber technique of performance and overall endearing personality. I would rank Bob as one of the top guitarists I have ever worked with in my 40 years of being in the music business. I have no doubt that we will make music together again - hopefully in the not too distant future. Annie Haslam (Lead Singer of Renaissance and Visual Artist) Hey Bob, Thanks for your help! Les Paul (Jazz Guitarist) Bob, It was really beautiful; especially after so many years it finally came to pass! Best Wishes, Pat Martino (Jazz Guitarist) To Bob, Thanks for the most enjoyable TV experience that I ever had! Joe Bonomassa (Guitarist with Greg Allman) To Bob, I had a great time on the show. Your Friend, Jimmy Bruno (Jazz Guitarist) To Bob, Always a pleasure! Tyrone Brown (Bassist with Max Roach) Bob’s got one of the best guitar shows that I’ve seen in many years. He’s an excellent player; a very enthusiastic person. He certainly knows how to do a show like that. It’s very admirable. I have a lot of respect for Bob. Jackie King (guitarist with Willie Nelson) (From an interview with 20th Century Guitar Magazine, 9/2002) Bob Miles' contribution of documenting the guitar's significance to our time is a huge gift to the community, and one merely requiring a lifetime's work. Thanks, Bob, for your tireless effort to shine a light on those devoted to understanding truth and beauty through six strings. Bill Comins (Luthier) Bob is the perfect person for a show that celebrates musicianship. He has a genuine love of music - and as incredibly talented as he is, he also truly appreciates the artistic statements made by the people around him as well. Bob brings out the best in every musician, because he really understands that creative process, in whatever form it appears. Jim Rowland (Singer-Songwriter) Bob - Thanks; A genuine Pleasure! Frank DiBussolo, D.M.A. guitarist/educator Ty -- Bob Miles is a good guy and I am glad to hear this [national exposure of "Miles of Music] for him and the musicains -- the time I went up there with some other sandole students and we all just sat around and told stories about our wonderful teacher was something that would surely never be on the mainstream and Bob made it possible -- great that more people can be exposed -- hope you are well---BZ Bobby Zankel Jazz Composer/Saxophonist, in a letter to Tyrone Brown Bob, I just wanted to tell you what a great time I had recording the show with you and Frank DiBussolo.
